Design is a process of brainstorming, and we aim to be non-judgmental and as objective as possible during that exercise, with each individual free to express their ideas liberally, before finally employing great rigor and logic when realizing concepts and ideas. Everyone on the team is free to speak their mind and contribute towards our common goal of creating better designs.
