On May 20, 2018, the host designer Tan Jialin was invited to participate in the annual museum night held by the Arles Museum of Classical Times in France. This project mainly combines the designer's works with the ancient Arles Provincial Museum of Classical Times, from which Explore the close connections and reflections on museums. A total of 10 French designer teams participated in the exhibition, and they designed and created different plots in the museum with the theme of shuttle. The content of the exhibition is intervened in the form of modern new media, dialogues with it across the millennium, stimulates the viewer's feelings and cognition in it, explores and understands the mysteries in it.
About the Museum of Classical Times in Arles
Known as the "Blue Museum", it is a museum built in Arles in 1995, located on the peninsula where the ancient Roman circus was located, a modern building designed by architect Henri Ciriani, which houses a rich archaeological collection, Based on a triangular plan, the building is organized around a courtyard, making it possible to divide the three basic activities of the museum into three distinct areas:
